{Matt & Erin's Wedding Day}

Matt and Erin were married at First Baptist Church in Orillia on May 6th, 2017.  Despite the cold, rainy weather, this couple made the most of their wedding day.  They were surrounded by many close friends and family and it was such a joy to be a part of.  My favourite part of the day was just a few minutes prior to the ceremony when Matt and Erin had pre-arranged to pray together.  It was such a special moment.  I generally try not to take photos during prayers as it is a time to focus our hearts on the Lord but I couldn't not capture that moment - it was far too special and I want them to remember it forever.  Such a beautiful way to finish off their dating/engagement and enter into marriage.  Matt and Erin's ceremony was so genuine and real.  I loved it.  Prayers, blessings, worship, that's the way a wedding should be - with Christ at the centre.

Matt and Erin's reception was at a small equestrian centre in Atherly.  I was so sad about the rain because it would have been an amazing spot for some incredible outdoor photos.  Unfortunately, the rain and cold were just a bit too much for us so we did most of our bridal portraits in a horse barn on site.  It was lovely, too.

Matt and Erin, thank you for letting us be a part of your wedding day.  We hope you look back on your photos and remember the beautiful day it was - filled with love, laughter, family, and friends.  We pray God's richest blessings over you both as you embark on life's greatest adventure - marriage.  It truly is wonderful.

“May the Lord make your love increase and overflow for each other…”  1Thess. 3:12
